We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery (provided you mail us regarding the same along with pictures of the damage/contamination incurred) if the item (upon arrival) is damaged or contaminated for which we will replace the product itself.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We do not generate refunds. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request, and let you know if the return was approved or not.
